Robert L. England, 54, of Crawfordsville died Friday in his residence.

He was born on May 24, 1957 to Bobby and Jane (Gross) England. He got his education at Crawfordsville High School.

He was a Litho operator from Crown, Corn and Seal and was a member of the Moose Lodge and American Legion.

Surviving are Daughter- Shalena England of Crawfordsville. Brothers- Scott & Rod England. Sister- Jill England and 2 grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements will be Wednesday at Hunt and Son Funeral Home at 2pm. Cremation will follow. Visitation will be from 12-2 pm Wednesday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.huntandson.com.

Lieuette Timmons

Aug. 23, 1921-Feb. 18, 2012

Lieuetta S. Timmons, formerly of Darlington, passed away Saturday night at Madison Healthcare in Indianapolis. She was 90.

Mrs. Timmons was a graduate of Coal City High School and later attended Business College. She worked in bookkeeping for P.R. Mallory and Montgomery Ward before taking a job at Elston Bank, retiring from there in 1986. She was a member of the Darlington Methodist Church and the church circle.

Born August 23, 1921 in Coal City, Indiana, she was the daughter of Elmer and Myrtle Price Smith. She married Thomas Von Timmons September 1, 1946 in Coal City. He passed away March 14, 2005.

Survivors include a daughter, Beverly Timmons of Indianapolis, sister, Vaughn Erexson of Sarasota, Florida and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother, Paul Smith.

Funeral services will be held 2:00PM Wednesday at Burkhart Funeral Home, Crawfordsville, with Rev. Bruce White officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 12:30PM until the time of service. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Darlington.

David Blaine McClain, 92, of Crawfordsville died Sunday at Franciscan St. Elizabeth Health Crawfordsville.

He was born on April 17, 1919 in Montgomery County to Leslie Earl and Bessie Mae (Everson) McClain.

He retired from R. R. Donnelly's in 1982 after 31 years. He loved to travel, spend time with his family and loved his dog, George.

He served in the US Army during WWII and was a member of the American Legion.

He married Mary Counts, who passed away on April 10, 1988.

Survivors include Daughters- Shirley Cox of Crawfordsville, Joann Deck (Bob) of Crawfordsville, Mary Lee Landgrave of Crawfordsville and Betty Chessir (Kelvin) of W. Terre Haute. Nephew- Danny Martin of California. Niece, Carol Pulver of Ohion. 12 Grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 17 great great grandchildren and 1 great great great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by 3 grandchildren and a nephew Lanny Martin.

Funeral services are Wednesday at Hunt and Son Funeral Home at 10am with pastor Jene McFay officiating.

Burial will be in Ladoga Cemetery with VFW/Legion rites. Visitation hours are from 4-8 pm today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association or American Cancer Society.
